NCN75 runs along the footway of Lower Kempock Street, passing a car park exit and a bus stop layby along the way.

A choice of shared-use steps or shared-use pathway on the seafront at Gourock, plus some cycle parking.

The path gets narrower and bumpier, and stays like this until Inverkip, with parts narrowed further by vegetation.

A section of path that has been washed out between Lunderston Bay and Inverkip.

Congestion at the toucan crossing across the A8, and a rather poor surface crossing over to the quayside.

A shared-use footway, but where does it end? UPDATE 2017: There is now an "End of Cycle Route" on the back of the round sign.

The waterfront path approaching Newark Castle

Quite a nice piece of pathway along the shore heading towards Newark Castle and Port Glasgow. The lower height reduces traffic noise from the adjacent A8 dual carriageway.
